A former Canberra Comanchero bikie has lost his battle against deportation after a decision by the High Court.
The 29 year old was the sergeant at arms and spent the past three years fighting to stay in Australia.
He was taken to Immigration detention after facing charges of blackmail and other security issues.
The man was later accused of multiple arson attacks and gang related violence.
His lawyer argued that a “Jurisdictional Error” had occurred, but the High Court has now disagreed.
It means the man has exhausted all avenues of the legal process and he is now subject to deportation to his home country New Zealand.
