ACT Policing is reminding Canberrans not to delay seeking help when it is needed.

Domestic and family violence services will continue to be available across the Christmas Period.

The family violence unit’s Inspector Sue Smith says anyone experiencing domestic and family violence can be assured police and other services are available to help.

In 2020, ACT Policing has responded to more than 3000 family violence-related matters.
