Canberra’s frequent flyers with Virgin will soon NO-LONGER enjoy perks when travelling with FlyPelican.
FlyPelican had been a partner with Virgin’s Velocity program, since 2017… and passengers were able to enjoy the Virgin Australia Lounge access at Canberra Airport.
But that’s about to change.
From June 1st, the Newcastle based regional carrier is cutting its ties with Virgin.
That means, there’ll be no more lounge access in Canberra for passengers with FlyPelican..
It also means, FlyPelican passenger will no longer be able to earn Velocity points with Virgin.
Anyone who’s missing points after travelling on FlyPelican will have until the end of June to lodge a claim.
