A former Home Affairs employee has escaped jail time, after being sentenced in court over the repeated unauthorised access to personal records
The National Anti-Corruption Commission recently published a statement, revealing that the individual had been sentenced to a 14 month suspended jail term.. on the condition of good behaviour for the next two years.
The person is the 6th conviction in relation to matters, overseen by the anti-corruption commission – since July last year.
