Greens MLA Jo Clay has criticised the ACT Government for failing to act on Ginninderra Falls, a popular natural site that has been closed since 2004.

The government confirmed it won’t buy the land and never explored options for joint access, despite growing public interest and legal powers to buy land in NSW introduced in 20-21.

Ms Clay says it’s clear the government never wanted anything to do with the falls.
