A man’s due to return to the A.C.T. Magistrates court next month, charged with grooming and indecently assaulting a vulnerable girl.
The 39 year old’s already made a brief appearance in court… and was granted bail.
The girl is described as intellectually disabled… and said to have been upset, scared and angry after the alleged incident.
The man’s yet to enter any pleas into multiple charges….
The court was told, the man has outstanding warrants for his arrest in NSW.
The case goes back to court next month
