Residents are concerned about parking and safety issues surrounding an approved high rise tower in the Gungahlin town centre.
Canberra developer Benchmark Projects wants to build the 11 storey high apartment complex later this year.

15 on-site parking spots will be available for the 45 planned apartments
Neighbours have already raised concerns about the lack of street parking availability – Now there’s a fresh concern – for Emergency Vehicles to gain access.
