Figures for the past 3 months have found, the Gungahlin area has seen a 1.3 percent rise in the median value of homes.

COTALITY DATA says it’s an upward trend in the price of the area’s home purchases…

Meantime, THROSBY has seen a 2 percent increase in the last quarter…

experts expect property prices to increase further, in the new financial year.
