Police are reminding us to lock-up at night after a series of thefts from homes north of the A.C.T.

Multiple properties in Gunning appear to have been targeted in a rural crime spree.

Inspector DAVE COWELL from Yass Police says it’s a timely reminder, as many in rural communities often feel safe enough to keep their doors and windows unlocked.
