Three doctor training programs are being monitored to see if they can continue running.

One surgery program at Canberra Hospital was reportedly suspended, while the cardiology department is being closely monitored.

It’s the latest in a string of different units that have either had their accreditation revoked or suspended.

President of the Australian Medical Association ACT Branch, Professor Walter Abhayaratna says training is one of the major problems.
