The latest house price report shows GORDON has emerged as the Canberra suburb with the fastest-growing house prices.
The median cost has soared more than 61 percent over the past five years… putting the average at about 855-thousand dollars.

Belconnen has seen moderate growth, with the median price of a home marginally higher… at about 865-thousand dollars.
