Tasmanian Senator Jacquie Lambie has spoken out against the prosecution of 19 current and former defense personnel accused of carrying out war crimes.

Ms Lambie said there is no appetite for going after our own heroes and Australian’s know our elite don’t get the first title ‘special’ for cuddling teddy bears.

It comes despite the Inspector General of the Australian Defence Force recommending otherwise.

Senator LAMBIE says she has many questions for the defence minister and will demand answers.
