Jetstar continues to be tight-lipped over problems with its recovery effort, when flights are cancelled or delayed.
It’s not just an issue involving its Canberra service, but also internationally over the past 12 months.
In some cases, passengers were left to fend for themselves when airport staff refused to assist when a cancellation occurred.
With no one to speak with in person, passengers vented on social media while stranded at the airport.
Despite repeated attempts for Jetstar to follow-up, spokesman JAMES HANCOCK has not responded to requests for an update.
However, media was directed to “Positive” releases about the airline.
Previous requests through Jetstar’s media department, dating back to January, have also fallen on deaf ears.
