If you need a job and happy to get out of Canberra – Western Australia may have the answer.
New occupations are being added to WA’s skilled migration program.
It’s part of a plan to attract more workers to the west.
Amongst the more than 100 new occupations are 46 allocated to health and 33 aimed at the regions.
Temporary changes will also include a waiving of the 200 dollar application fee.
and in another benefit, authorities plan to reduce the requirement to stay in the job from 12 months to six as part of new employment contracts.
