A teenage boy has pleaded NOT GUILTY in the A.C.T. Childrens Court to charges of indecently assaulting a female jogger – choking her unconscious – and theft.

The 15 year old can not be named, due to his age.

He faced court on Monday, to face a variety of charges.

Police allege, the incident happened in May on the Centenary Trail in Bonner, involving a 59 year old woman.

The case was adjourned until August… with the Magistrate commenting… he feels it’ll proceed to the A.C.T. Supreme Court
