Canberra’s Tennis ace NICK KYRGIOS has off-loaded his Sydney penthouse property – concentrating on a return-home to the A.C.T.

Kyrgios originally bought the property for 1.6 million dollars.. back in March 2022.

At the time, he was running hot on the court… and it was thought he was moving to Sydney.

Since then, everything’s changed.

He broke up with his girlfriend of four years… COSTEEN HATZI…

His move into broadcasting got suspended… the BBC and ESPN won’t use him as a commentator this year.

A few months ago, it was revealed he wants to concentrate on a return to Canberra.

His penthouse just sold recently for 1.9 million dollars…
