Light rail has again become an election issue, less than a fortnight before Canberrans go to the polls.

Chief Minister ANDREW BARR has come up with a plan to break up the Stage 2B expansion project, which he believes will get light rail faster into the Parliamentary Triangle

But Canberra Liberals leader ELIZABETH LEE says he’s only offering a cover up and won’t give particulars on costs.
