A missing 15 year old in Canberra has been found,  though police have released limited information on his condition or events leading up to his disappearance.

Concerns were held for the welfare of Logan Billinghurst-Manna.

We first reported his disappearance over the long weekend.

He was last seen nearly a month ago and last spoke with family just before the long weekend.
