More information’s been released about the family involved in the weekend crash that killed three people in Whitlam

The 61 year old father – his 54 year old wife – and their 21 year old son died in the smash when their vehicle collided with a van on Coppins Crossing Road.

It’s understood, the family had just arrived in Australia last month and was visiting Canberra at the time of the crash.

The man and his wife had come to Australia from Bangladesh, as permanent residents.

Funeral arrangements are still being considered.
