It’s a five bedroom penthouse in Kingston – about four years old – Valued, earlier this year at $8-million.

The 3 level property reportedly sold earlier this month just shy of its target.

It’s luxurious – boasting a brass detailed whisky bar – a music atrium, big enough for a Grand piano – and a kitchen designed for a private chef.

Then, there are two outdoor kitchens – a spa – and a fire pit.
