The ACT Government is considering a compensation scheme for Mr Fluffy victims who suffer health effects from exposure to loose fill asbestos.

But others are calling on the Commonwealth to be held responsible.

Alicia Payne, the Labor Member for Canberra, says while the ACT government has stepped up and granted an act of grace payment to one victim, the federal government should hold some responsibility.
