A man will face trial in December over the death of a Canberra man earlier this year.
68 year old Douglas Creek was found dead at his Kambah home in January after police conducted a welfare check.
He’d received fatal head injuries.
A 50 year old man has pleaded not guilty to murder.
The case was mentioned yesterday in court but few details were made public.
The December trial’s expected to last about a week.
