Road repairs have taken place in Tarra Place in Ngunnawal three times in the last six months, and marsh plants have started growing in backyards within the street.

The problems across the street seem to be stemming from an unknown water source, sparking fears of structural damage to homes, with some residents spending thousand dollars in rectification works.

A geotechnical report has been commissioned by ACT authorities to determine the cause of the water situation.
