A man will appear in court at a later date after getting caught with a near fatal level of alcohol in his system.
It’s alleged, he was nearly 9 times over the legal blood alcohol limit.
He was pulled over, early Saturday morning after being seen driving erratically.
His breath test came back with one of the highest readings to be seen in the A.C.T. at .443.
The driver was issued with a 90-day immediate licence suspension.. and will be summonsed to appear in court, at a later date.
