A.C.T. Senator DAVID POCOCK has suggested his own adjustment for negative gearing, proposing “A Middle Path” for consideration.

The comment comes after the Prime Minister LAST WEEK hinted at changes to negative gearing, then by the weekend, refused to talk any more about it..

But DAVID POCOCK has come up with his own proposal.

The A.C.T. Senator says the tax should be capped… along with some other related housing tax measured…. which he says would save billions of taxpayer dollars.

Senator Pocock says the savings could then be used for housing supply.
