Canberrans are being warned about a new strain of Covid, just as winter begins to set in.

Earlier this year, the strain was a mutation of covid, known as JN 1

Now, the A.C.T. is being warned – infection of a new mutant strain, known as K P 2 is doing the rounds.

New South Wales has been hit hard with confirmation – this particular strain made 50% of all covid infections over the past month …. and it co-incides with FLU Season.

The strain of Covid also been found in Victorian wastewater….- as one health worker put it… “It’s in abdundance”.
