A new list of homes for vulnerable Canberrans is being promoted by the A.C.T. Government, but they’re not scheduled to ALL become available until well after the October election.

In a statement – Twenty-five new townhouses in Whitlam will be available

The new dwellings add to 614 other homes already built and 176 homes that have been purchased under the ACT Growing and Renewing Public Housing Program.

The 25 townhouses will be a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings,

The program is on schedule to deliver a total of 400 additional homes by 2027, – 296 having been delivered to date.
