The National Capital Authority (NCA) has released the consultation report after engagement earlier this year on the proposed Draft Amendment to the Hume Circle Precinct.

The consultation report is the result of a comprehensive review and consideration of the 94 submissions received on the draft amendment.

The NCA say the report also reflects further work and discussions that occurred in response to the views raised through revisions to the draft amendment.

Key themes from the feedback include the impact on existing residential properties, consultation process and governance, and building heights and density.

The next step in the process is for the proposed updated draft amendment to be submitted to the Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories for consideration for approval.
