The Canberra Liberals are facing legal action over a high profile anti-Government ad – but the action has not been mounted by Labor.

The ad lays into the A.C.T. Government and Chief Minister Andrew Barr.

The ending has a likeness to the old Yellow Pages “NOT HAPPY JAN” commercial

It’s ruffled the feathers of those behind the original Yellow Pages ad, who’ve claimed copyright infringement – and have sent the Canberra Liberals a cease and desist legal order.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the ad had not been taken down.
