Police won’t be drawn on a correlation between recent fatal over-doses – and the territory’s decriminalisation laws.

Police have raised concerns after two people died from over-doses in Canberra.

Investigators went as far as to hold a late afternoon press conference on Firday… saying officers have attended a high number of overdoses in the past fortnight.

However, in a 24 hour period, it was magnified by the recent deaths.

Police won’t go into particulars…. and even though, the A.C.T. moved to decriminalise drug laws recently, they won’t be drawn on a correlation.
