Australia’s most inclusive pizza is heading to Canberra, becoming the first pizzeria to cook at Parliament House.

SHOP 225 is the first pizzeria in Australia to be accredited by both Vegan Australia and Coeliac Australia, reimagining traditional Italian food so nobody has to miss out.

Built on the belief that everyone deserves access to authentic, high-quality Italian food, regardless of dietary requirements, the Melbourne institution is bringing their message directly to the nation’s decision makers.

Co Owner Lorenzo Tron says very often a table has lots of dietary requirements, and now they can all sit at the same table.

SHOP 225 will serve a selection of its most popular pizzas, including the Margherita, 2808 and Zio Pino, showcasing how traditional Italian food can be made accessible to everyone without compromising on quality or authenticity.
