A Canberra developer has lodged plans for a 16 storey building in the Woden town centre.

The 53 million dollar development on Melrose Drive would include 184 apartments and 269 parking spaces.

It’s the second building planned for the site.

Doma purchased the block from the ACT Government for 12 and a half million dollars in July last year.
