A Kia Sportage was used this morning to access the rear doors of the Melba Shops supermarket.

Two people entered the shop, however police don’t believe anything was taken.

The second incident occurred at the Curtin shops where a person attempted to gain access to a bottle shop by using an axe, they did not gain entry, but caused extensive damage to the door.

Police don’t believe the two incidents are linked, anyone with information is urged to come forward.
