A 37-year-old man is facing a number of charges after police seized more than half a million dollars in assets, suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

A series of raids were carried out across the ACT yesterday, police seizing high-end luxury vehicles, jet ski’s a semi-automatic firearm and twelve other prohibited weapons.

The man has been charged with trafficking in a prescribed drug other than cannabis and possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

Detective Sergeant John Giles from ACT Police says if people choose to deal in drugs, they will come for you.
