Drama isn’t over yet for Canberra’s Nick Kyrgios.

The tennis ace appeared in court last Friday, pleading guilty to a charge of assaulting his girlfriend.

But the judge decided instead to dismiss the charge, citing previous publicity over the case.

Tennis Australia is yet to respond to the guilty plea.

There’s speculation, the Tennis Australia could put its foot down on such behaviour.

– and there’s been no response from the Association of Tennis Professionals that’s dealing with criticism for not establishing policies on domestic violence.
