A woman’s due to appear in the Queanbeyan Local Court today (Monday) charged with fraud.

Police allege, the 42 year old stole more than 736-thousand dollars from her employer.

Earlier this month, she turned herself in to the Queanbeyan police station where charges were laid.

Some of the offences include dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception, as well as multiple counts of stealing property.

She was bailed to appear TODAY in Queanbeyan local court .
