A man has told HIS version of events in a court case alleging he raped a colleague after a work Christmas party.

The man has told the A.C.T. Supreme Court trial – he was reaching for a vape, that was on her legs… as she was driving them, AFTER the Government department party finished in 2022.

He’s also pleaded not guilty to sexual intercourse without consent.. and committing an act of indecency without consent.. telling the court, incidents that have been raised were consensual.

The trial continues.
