Rubbish collection across Canberra will be disrupted for a third straight week, as garbage truck drivers continue to strike.

Rubbish bins emptied in Tuggeranong and Woden on Tuesdays will now be emptied on Thursday.

Wednesday or Thursday collections in Belconnen, Gungahlin and Inner North suburbs will be skipped this week.

There is a possibility Fridays collections in the Inner North and South may also be missed.

A number of temporary rubbish drop-off sites have been created in Canberra’s north.
