There’s a delay in planned sea-plane flights between Canberra and Sydney.
Approval’s been given for take-offs and landings at Lake Burley Griffin, but approval in Sydney is proving difficult because of a busy airspace.
The company behind the sea planes idea, is still working with Airservices Australia and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
It means the plan for the Canberra – Sydney flights won’t take off in time for summer, as planned.
The flight duration, when successful, will take about an hour.
