Canberrans are being assured, work IS being done to speed up the process to access health, welfare and child support payments.
It’s been revealed, Services Australia is yet to process one-point-one million claims nationally, including those across the A.C.T..

General manager Hank Jongen says an aditional 3,000 staff have been employed.
He says they’re currently undergoing intensive training…
He expects Canberra customers will see changes by April this year.
