A man’s been refused bail after appearing in the A.C.T. Magistrates Court last week charged with Stealthing.

The man pleaded NOT GUILTY to the act – in which a person removes a condom, without a sexual partner’s consent.

The court was told, the alleged crime took place early Sunday morning at a residence in Canberra’s inner north…. involving an agreement with a sex worker.

The man’s due to reappear in court, facing multiple charges.
