For the most part, crowds have been good at this year’s Summernats – however police have reported isolated incidents of bad behaviour at this year’s event.

Footage has emerged of a violent altercation between security staff and attendees at Summernats

The recording shows a security guard in a pink vest, coming to blows with a patron.

– and a man’s due to face court at a later date, after burnouts in Braddon which resulted in a crowd yelling obscenities at police.

Organisers say thousands of people have attended the weekend motoring event… for the most part, crowds across the four days were well behaved.
