A 14 year old boy’s due back in court next month after facing fresh charges relating to a fatal crash last week in Belconnen.

The boy appeared in the A.C.T. Magistrate’s court – accused of being behind the wheel of a vehicle the crashed, killing a 19 year old.

He was granted conditional bail – but two additional charges have been laid – culpable driving causing grievous bodily harm, relating to another two teens who were in the vehicle.

The Magistrate wants more evidence and adjourned the matter for 3 weeks.
