A teenager charged over the fatal stabbing over a man at Weston skatepark has been granted bail.

The 16 year old has faced the ACT Children’s Court via video link, with his lawyer indicating the boy is likely to plead not guilty to four charges, including murder.

A second boy charged over the incident also fronted court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to affray.

Both teenagers will reappear in court again next year on the 22nd of February.
