There was movement at the centre…

Big news for the Covid-19 walk-in clinic at the Garran Surge Centre.

The 23-million dollar facility is moving to Weston Creek, marking another step towards the eventual shut down and removal of the temporary hospital built at the Garran oval.

Those seeking non-urgent health care who’ve tested positive to the virus are able to receive that care at the Weston Creek Community Health Centre.

The clinic will be open from 2pm to 10pm seven days a week.

No appointment is needed, and there are no out of pocket expenses.
