A lucky escape following a car and tram collision in Canberra
The smash occurred just after seven last night at the intersection of Fleming Road and Wizard Street in Franklin.
Fire crews helped extricate the man driving the vehicle –
He was later assessed on scene by A.C.T. Ambulance.
The accident stopped the schedule of trams last night – with buses replacing some services.
The all clear has since been given and trams are back on track, today.
