Transport Canberra bus services will stop between 9.30am and 1.30pm Thursday July 30 to allow for all bus drivers to attend an important meeting.

The Transport Workers Union is conducting the meeting, and say it is a necessary step towards finalising a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

Limited services will be available between 9am and 9.30am and 1pm to 1.30pm to allow for drivers to come off the road for the meeting and services to start back up.

• Peak travel and school services will not be affected.
• Light rail services will not be affected.
• Supported School Transport and Flexible Bus Services will not be affected. 
• CDC buses will not be affected.  

Canberrans are encouraged to plan ahead during this time.
