There’s been a drop in the value of dwellings across Canberra.

In its monthly report, CoreLogic says both houses and unit values fell last month…

Canberra – recording the largest drop in the nation.

In its home value index, all dwellings were down – a total of 0.4% in August,

detached houses falling 0.3% – and units were downing  0.5 of a percent.

THAT compares with a national rise – on average – of half a percent.
