We should know this week, the sentencing fate of a Defence Whistleblower.

David McBride appeared in A.C.T. Surpreme Court last week, as part of sentencing for giving the A.B.C. Details of classified information, alleging misconduct by Australian troops in Afghanistan.

McBride pleaded guilty last year….

The judge will hand down sentencing THIS week.
