Canberra has spent the weekend celebrating the Lunar New Year

Dickson showed off the heart and soul of the Year of the Dragon.

Thousands of people have enjoyed a variety of activities –

Including chief minister Andrew Barr who wished everyone good spirit and peace…

Performers took to the stage for a 12 hour program which began Friday Night and continued through Saturday. It included the unveiling of a three metre tall wooden dragon.
